These terms cover your use of this website and of the dog and cat grooming and boarding services provided by Lala's Casa Grooming & Boarding, a home-based business in Golden Gate Estates, Naples, FL. By using this site or booking a service with us, you agree to the terms below.
The forms on this site let you request an appointment — they don't reserve a time slot automatically. Every request is reviewed by Laura and confirmed individually by WhatsApp, text message, or a phone call, based on real availability. A request is not a confirmed appointment until you hear back from us.
Grooming prices vary by pet size, breed, and coat condition, and are quoted individually over WhatsApp, usually after seeing a photo of your pet. Boarding is a flat $50 per night, per pet (dog or cat). Payment is arranged directly with Laura and is not processed through this website — we don't collect payment information online.
Please let us know about any relevant health conditions, allergies, past injuries, or behavioral concerns before your appointment. We reserve the right to decline or stop a grooming or boarding service if a pet shows signs of illness, aggression, or any condition that could put your pet, Laura, or other animals at risk.
Grooming is by appointment only, one dog at a time — your pet is never kept in a cage or left waiting alongside other animals during their visit. Cats are groomed for nail trims only. Boarding is available for both dogs and cats, and you're welcome to board more than one pet at a time.
We love sharing before-and-after photos of the pets we groom and board on our website and social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). By bringing your pet to us, you agree that we may photograph them and use those photos for this purpose, unless you tell Laura otherwise.
We handle every pet with care, but grooming and boarding do carry some inherent risk (for example, with pets that have pre-existing health issues, matting, or anxiety). Lala's Casa Grooming & Boarding is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for reactions or incidents that occur despite reasonable care being taken. Please tell us about anything relevant to your pet's safety before your appointment.
The text, photos, and design on this website belong to Lala's Casa Grooming & Boarding or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse our content without asking first.
