• Information you choose to send us directly — your name, phone number, pet's name and breed, and preferred appointment day/time — if you reach out via WhatsApp, text message, or a phone call.

• If we add website analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) in the future, they may use cookies to understand traffic in an aggregated, anonymized way. This page will be updated if that changes.

2. How the appointment request form works

The "Request an Appointment" form on our site does not submit your information to our servers or store it anywhere online. When you tap "Send," your browser simply opens WhatsApp, your phone's text messaging app, or your phone's dialer — pre-filled with the details you entered — so you can send it yourself, from your own device, directly to Laura's phone. We never see or store what you typed unless you actually send that message or make that call.

3. How we use information

Anything you send us via WhatsApp, text, or a call is used only to confirm your appointment, answer your questions, and provide our grooming and boarding services. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

4. Photos & social media

The pet photos featured on this website and on our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok are from grooms and boarding stays we're proud of. If you'd rather your pet's photo not be used publicly, just let Laura know and we'll respect that.

5. Third-party services

When you contact us through WhatsApp, SMS, or a phone call, that conversation happens on those platforms directly (Meta/WhatsApp, your mobile carrier) and is subject to their own privacy policies, not ours. Our website is hosted by Hostinger; hosting providers typically keep basic server access logs for security purposes.

6. Children's privacy

Our services are for pet owners, and our website is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

7. Your choices

Since we don't store personal information on our own servers, there's generally nothing on file to request or delete beyond what already exists in your own WhatsApp/text history with us.
